What we do:
- We work to increase the participation of people of color in HIV vaccine trials.
- We work to increase opportunities in HIV vaccine research for African American and Latino scientists and medical students.
- We address the history of abuse of African Americans and Latinos in research trials and work to build a new legacy of trust within these communities.
- We work with faith leaders to increase their understanding of HIV vaccine research and the importance of vaccine trials, and encourage them to dispel common myths.
